Outrageous EM City Attorney Fees

This last week I was contacted by Paul Lydolph, an attorney who lives in Eagle Mountain, because he wanted to let me know about a proposal he sent to the city years ago and resubmitted after the city’s attorney died last year. His proposal was rejected both times. If you ever wanted to know why the city keeps racking up huge legal bills, you might want to check out this document. It’s an eye opener.

Also, during our discussions he highlighted many of the ways in which our current representation has failed to protect the interests of the residents. I wish I could describe them all here, but suffice it to say that the city is generally way too quick to settle when litigation would actually be more cost effective.
